Analog and Digital TVs

For years, we were watching TV CRT cathode ray tube or CRT sets involved and analog signals. In this type of television and radio signals of different forms that are translated by the television images and sounds. Analog signals can be transmitted to a television terrestrial or satellite via a cable. CRT TVs, but based on the analog system have some limitations, such as traditional CRT TVs can only display around 480 visible lines of pixels and technological advances in the issuers are struggling to cover a large television in the analog signal. The images are interlaced analog because some TVs, the image or flickering images. It is compromising the video quality as the conversion of analog video in low quality. Like all other fields, gadgets and electronics industry has also been much innovation and advances in technology to make things better. Digital television, or DTV, is the answer to the above limitations. Rear projection, plasma and LCD TVs are based on digital signal system. A liquid crystal display LCD is popularly known as a thin, flat screen used to display information such as text, images, moving images electronically. Digital TVs are based on the principle of digital signals in which signals are transmitted as binary or 0 and 1. The video information and audio are transmitted as ones and zeros instead of as a wave in the case of digital televisions. Due to this size, these sets have many advantages over CRT TVs, as the image quality has improved greatly in the case of digital televisions. The video is also progressive, instead of being intertwined and television stations and broadcasters can transmit using multicast, which includes sending different signals using the same bandwidth. Digital television can also support high-definition or HDTV broadcasts. HDTV or high definition televisions are digital TVs with the highest level of DTV technology. Define three main parameters of the system, including transmission of HDTV frame size in pixels, which is the number of horizontal pixels x vertical number of pixels, scan the system and the third parameter is the frame rate, which is identified as the frame number per second. Currently there are two types of HDTV available in the market that includes a high definition television and integrated HDTV set.
